I listened in to the SAQ Alexanderson transmissions from Grimeton in Sweden to my shack in the west of Ireland. Reception went well.

The Alexanderson transmitter in Grimeton is due to broadcast a message on 30 June 2024. I plan to listen to it using a soundcard and GNURadio Companion: this is what I have set up to do so.

A 5-Element Yagi-Uda Antenna made with threaded rod and a bit of shelving rail, and a dipole made with a couple of metres of copper pipe and some plumbing fittings.
