Candidate for ARRL Northwestern Division Director Disqualified; Tharp Declared Elected

Dan Marler, K7REX, the challenger seeking the position of ARRL Northwestern Division Director, was declared disqualified Saturday by the ARRL Ethics and Elections Committee (E&E). were way, way up.
